At Ayesha Chikan Kari, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns or exchanges for your order (or selected items) within 10 days from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Important Conditions

  • The buyer is responsible for all return logistics and shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With original tags intact

  • The original invoice/receipt must be included with the return shipment.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned or exchanged product is received at our warehouse.

  • The approved refund amount will be provided as Store Credit for future purchases at Ayesha Chikan Kari.

  • Refunds are not processed as cash, bank transfer, or UPI payment.


Return or Exchange Policy (International Orders)

International customers may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.

Key Terms

  • If the return is not due to an error by Ayesha Chikan Kari, the buyer will bear all return-related charges, including:

    • International shipping

    • Customs or import duties

    • Any applicable taxes or handling fees

  • Returned products must meet the same condition requirements as domestic orders.

Refund Timeline

  • Once the product is received at our warehouse, the refund will be credited as Store Credit within 3–4 working days.

  • Refunds will not be issued as cash or bank transfer.

Order Cancellation or Modification (PAN India)

We understand that you may wish to cancel or modify your order after placing it.

Requests Can Be Accommodated If:

  • The order has not yet been dispatched

  • The replacement product is available

  • Customised products are not already in production

Requests Cannot Be Accommodated If:

  • The order has already been shipped

  • The product is customised or made-to-order

Refund for Prepaid Orders

Any excess amount paid (after modification or cancellation) will be refunded as Store Credit for future use.


Order Cancellation or Modification (International Orders)

  • Cancellation or modification requests must be raised before dispatch.

  • Once the shipment has been dispatched, no cancellation or modification is possible.

  • Any approved refunds will be provided as Store Credit only.


Cancellation Policy

We follow a “No Questions Asked” cancellation policy, subject to the following:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled fully or partially.

  • After Dispatch: Cancellations or modifications are not permitted.

Exceptions

  • Customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled

  • Ayesha Chikan Kari reserves the right to cancel any order due to quality concerns or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed in such cases.
